Drug Court Phases 4 - 5

Phase 4 - Adaptive Habilitation (minimum 120 days)

  • 12 a.m. curfew
  • 2 drug screens per week  
  • As needed based upon assessment:
    • Job training
    • Parenting/Family support
    • Vocational training  
  • Bi-weekly court
  • Bi-weekly office visits    
  • Complete criminal thinking program    
  • Comply with supervision
  • Continue to address medical needs  
  • Continue changing people, places and things    
  • Engage with treatment
  • Maintain pro-social activity    
  • Monthly home visits    
  • Review case plan

To Advance

  • Engaged with treatment
  • Compliant with supervision
  • Maintain Pro-social activity
  • Engage recovery network
  • Continue to address medical needs
  • Clean time: minimum 60 consecutive days
  • Begin employment, vocational training or school
  • Begin to address ancillary services

Phase 5 - Continuing Care (Minimum 120 Days)

  • 2 drug screens per week
  • As needed upon assessment:
    • Job training
    •  Parenting/family support
    • Vocational training
  • Comply with Supervision
  • Continue addressing medical needs
  • Continue changing people, places and things
  • Court monthly
  • Development of an aftercare plan
  • Engaged with treatment
  • Maintain housing
  • Maintain pro social activity
  • Monthly home visits
  • Monthly office visits
  • Review case plan

To Graduate

  • Address ancillary services
  • Clean time: minimum 120 consecutive days
  • Compliance with supervision
  • Engaged with treatment
  • Maintain other employment, vocational training, or school
  • Maintain pro-social activity
  • Maintain recovery network
